The projects below represent a selection of current initiatives in which I am actively involved — spanning infrastructure, culture, live entertainment and major events.
Infrastructure Alliance Germany
A national initiative I am developing to accelerate investment and modernisation across Germany’s core infrastructure sectors.
The project brings together capital, industry and government to structure major projects, mobilise private investment and align key stakeholders.
Initial strategic partner: Drees & Sommer. Additional partners from energy, mobility, digitalisation and finance will join in 2026.

Each of these initiatives reflects my core focus: building strategic alliances, creating new revenue opportunities and unlocking long-term value for organisations and institutions.
