My Story
I never planned on becoming a connector.
I became one because life kept placing me at the intersection of people, ideas, and change. I’ve seen momentum rise, stall, collapse, and rebuild — in industries, in teams, and in myself.
Every chapter taught me something no book could. And those lessons became the foundation of everything I help leaders and brands do today.
This is the story behind it.
I started out as an automotive engineer at Porsche — building engines, troubleshooting systems, and learning the kind of thinking that only comes from being responsible for something that must work. Later, co-founding PIN AG showed me what it means to build something from nothing, to create a movement where there was only opportunity and uncertainty.
Since then, my career has moved through many stages — from energy to innovation, from technology to culture, from global boardrooms to backstage conversations with artists and changemakers. Some chapters were exhilarating, others painful, some quiet, others full of noise and disruption. But every chapter revealed a truth: when the mission is real, the next step will always show up — even if you can’t see it yet.
In 2008, creating the Green Awards sparked a journey that eventually led to the GREENTECH FESTIVAL — a global platform built long before “sustainability” became a marketing phrase. It was about real vision, real responsibility, and creating space for people who could move things forward. Together with partners like Nico Rosberg, Deutsche Bahn, and Tobias Assies, we built a stage where ideas could become action — across Berlin, New York City, London, Los Angeles, and Singapore.
Over the years, I’ve worked directly with senior leaders at companies like Google, E.ON, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Salesforce, Deutsche Telekom, DHL, Škoda, Volkswagen, Continental, Nespresso, Hyundai, BASF, Bayer, and Shell. My work has also connected me with cultural icons like Robert Redford, Bryan Adams, NENA, a-ha, Alphaville, Johnny Hates Jazz, Vivienne Westwood, and Wolfgang Joop.
Some collaborations lasted for years. Others lasted a moment. All of them shaped me.
What never changed is this:
I believe in people. And I believe in the power of bringing the right people together at the right time.
Today, after two decades of building platforms, brands, partnerships, experiences, and movements, I’ve learned one thing above all: there is no straight line. You learn from success, you learn from failure, and — if you stay awake — you learn even more from the moments in between.
I help leaders find clarity.
I help brands find meaning.
And I help partnerships become real.
Working with me means working with someone who understands both the weight of responsibility and the thrill of possibility. Someone who knows how to move between rooms, industries, and ideas without losing the thread of what truly matters.
Because I’ve lived every step of this journey — and now I help my clients write their own.
